This website is free of charge for potential clients and lawyers/law firms pay an affordable, annual registration fee to register.

How Does Your Free Canadian Lawyer Referral Service Work?

Often, a potential client will ask us to refer him/her a lawyer rather than search him/herself. In such case, the potential client is taken here and is asked for his/her particulars. Once, the potential client clicks "Submit", an email is automatically sent to a maximum of 3 lawyers/law firms matching any of the required practice area or jurisdiction. It is then up to the lawyer/law firm to contact the potential client. You are under no obligation to contact the potential client nor are you required to provide a free legal consultation, although you are encouraged to do so. All we require is that your initial phone call and/or e-mail to the potential client be free of charge. We do NOT charge a commission or fee for any client we refer you. How do I register with Accesslawyer.ca?

Simply fill out our easy to use online registration form and make payment by your choice of Visa, Mastercard or personal cheque! Upon verification of your information (and in the case of payment by cheque – upon clearance of the registration payment), you will see your profile amongst the practice area and jurisdiction matching your information. In the event you are not accepted to our directory, you will receive notification. We will, of course, entertain any questions regarding why an applicant was not accepted.

How much does it cost?

For a limited time, annual registration is just $1 + G.S.T. per year – much less than the average first retainer!!
